於我的記憶當中，暑假的時候，我也是過著「豬」一樣的生活。吃飽就睡，睡飽就吃。

但今年，我必須用一個超正氣的詞去形容我的暑假，就是充實。睡不飽也要起床，寧可睡不飽也要到處玩樂。

The Finale

Love, Trust, Courage, Loyalty, Hope

I always thought I could wait for the paper back, but it was just so tempting to read it, especially the last one.

I don't feel sad and empty about reading the finale, instead, I was very touched and satisfied throughout the process of reading it. After six books, learning all about Harry, developing a bond with the characters and the whole of the wizarding world, I know I have to be "there" when the whole thing ends. Yes, that Tom Riddle ends (Yes! I dare to say his name, instead of calling him LORD Voldemort).

There are many parts in the book that made my eyes watery, not only because of the deaths, but also of the courage and love that everyone shows. When Hermione says about how she settled her family and got ready to fight with Harry, I think it just touches everyone's heart that Hermione who is well aware of the dangers that may come ahead, chooses to keep her muggle parents safe and fight courageously without worries.

Also, when the Trio went back to the Hogwarts, it is moving to hear from Longbottom that while Harry, Ron and Hermione were doing what they have to do, the Dumbledore's Army is also standing up against the Death Eaters and all. It was particularly impressive when Longbottom mentioned the part about his Grandma.

Lastly, of course, the Prince's Tale. "Always". Snape touches my heart by his enduring love for Lily, resolute loyalty to Dumbledore and his incomparable courage to stay with Voldemort. Though as many readers predicted that Snape must be good, I was still very moved by the way he mentioned his love (well, his memories to be exact). Thanks Snape for protecting Harry all along, for loving him as Lily's son, and for teaching Harry the most difficult ability of Occlumency. I have to admit that, as Harry acknowledged, Snape "was probably the bravest man ever knew".

Thanks J.K. Rowling for creating a magical world where goodness and evilness are vaguely yet correctly placed, where love, courage and loyalty are valued, and above all, where the pure hearts of the young characters acknowledged. Also, thanks very much for introducing death to young people like us, and for teaching us to face it. For Dumbledore said in the first book, "death is but the next great adventure."

I strongly encourage my friends who have watched Harry Potter movies from the very start, try to read the book, because there are loads that you can gain from it, far more than you can imagine and you can expect from a children literature.

危險

Miss

剛剛看完《每當變幻時》的時候，不大明白為甚麼導演不厭其煩地提著我們這個字。現在明白了多一點。

第一個Miss是指錯過。阿妙一心要衝出街市，誓死不嫁街市佬，但命運弄人，她愛上的就是魚佬。莫道你在選擇人，人亦能選擇你。你嫌他不夠帥，不夠上進，不夠有地位；對方也可以嫌你太揀擇，太扭捏，太麻煩。

第二個Miss是指掛念。阿妙離開街市多年，遇過很多人，最後發覺自己最懷念就是跟魚佬一起的那種真。打保齡不用認真，有事就算傾盡家當都幫忙，將你的願望變成自己的。

最後的Miss是結果，又可以說是開始，這個Miss是單身。因為錯過了，因為只懂得懷念，一心以為魚佬會等她，所以阿妙仍然是單身。單身就是新的開始。

其實魚佬才是白馬王子。

他痴心。他真正將「我的即是我的，你的也是我的」的概念發揮得淋漓盡致。阿妙的願望是要找個值得嫁的人，他的願望就是要成為一個值得嫁的人。

他大男人。阿妙辛苦還債，為了令她過得舒適點，二話不說就幫她把債還掉。懂得保護跟愛惜自己的人其實沒有很多吧？

他重情義。多年不見，阿妙有車禍，他還是立即趕到，還爬進車底拾鞋子。你猜要是阿妙打電話給黃浩然或吳嘉龍，他們又會來嗎？

不是騎著白馬的才是王子，不是衣著光鮮才是一張實用一世的長期飯票。

楊千嬅話「錯過」本身也是一種學習。是的，錯過的東西，一次也就夠了。

97/07 回歸十年

近日，翻閱報章總少不了「回歸十年」「十年前後」這些字眼，那麼於今日這個重要的日子，你們又在做甚麼呢？

看升旗禮？看回歸盃？看煙花？

我選擇為我們的未來出一分力，為香港民主進程出一分力。

快要進場的時候，我前面走著一家人，有老人，有小童。那老人家打趣的對她的孫兒說：「我可是為了你們才遊行的！」

是的。或許2012難有普選，但我們都要堅持，因為那是為了我們的未來，香港的未來。

   

            

這個多月來，報章不斷刊登各種民調，其中一項是我特別想講的。民調指出大部份香港人認為一國兩制成功落實。

首先，要問what？一國兩制指甚麼？是否香港沒有由資本主義轉成共產主義就算是成功？一國兩制跟高度自治、港人治港不是相輔相成的概念嗎？那，一國兩制還是成功嗎？

接著，要問how？特區政府到底是如何成功落實一國兩制的呢？是落實一國，還是兩制？有事沒事要求人大釋法是成功的要素麼？拼命把所有富殖民地色彩的建築拆掉是成功的先決條件嗎？

然後，問why？為何要問一國兩制是否成功？若市民認為一國兩制成功，會否有人解讀成市民大都支持現有政制，甚至中央政府干預本港事務的手法呢？

最後，問who？成功，是香港政府為了向中央表示它的管治能力嗎？是中央政府向台灣展示統一的可能性嗎？是誰要問這個問題向誰表示些甚麼嗎？

                

                 

                                                               

                            

我的GPA mates，想不到即使你有工作在身，我有朋友甩底，你又有不到的念頭，我們還是一起走過這段路，渡過這個有意義的日子。

緣份嘛，還是相信它比較好，要不然今天那「小插曲」是決計不會發生的！
