與其說《Juno》（請容許我刪去那個不貼題的中文片名《少女孕記》）是個講未婚懷孕少女的心路歷程，不如說它是個借Juno懷孕來說愛的故事。

Juno發現自己懷孕，跟經手人死黨Bleaker談判，爭扎應否把他生下來，告訴父母，一切一切離不開未婚懷孕這個主題的橋段，於片中的頭30分鐘已經交待好了。所以，接下來說的才是主旨吧。

友愛。Juno的好朋友由她知道懷孕，到提議善後方案去找foster parent，到陪伴Juno面對父母，到獨力支持被同學歧視的Juno，到生的那一刻，她都在Juno的身邊。

電影沒有說的，我們可以用猜的，幻想的。於香港，不要說中學，就算是大學，你的朋友懷了孕，身邊指指點點、說三道四的人的口水總可以把你淹死吧。你的父母大概已經義正詞嚴的告誡你這個朋友交不過。你的伴侶也許在取笑他們為甚麼沒有常識，不做好安全措施。你當真可以承受這些嗎？

父母的愛。後母跟Juno的關係本身可能沒有特別好，但從電影的一點一滴，我們知道有時候生娘真的不及養娘大。懷孕後後母細心照顧Juno的飲食，超聲波檢查時被別人瞧不起後母亦不失雌威好好維護Juno，知道Juno敏感自己喜歡的狗也就沒有養了。

看著淫照事件，我們就知道香港人的道德情操「那麼」高，怎可能容得下一個像Juno那樣未婚懷孕的少女。能夠如此包容和愛護，不責罵，不只顧自己面子的父母著實不多。

Juno: "I need to know that it's possible that two people can stay happy together forever."

Juno's father: "The best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are."

多麼想一個人無論我美的時候，醜的時候；有聊的時候，無聊的時候；愉快的時候，發火的時候都一樣喜歡我。真的只有這樣，才可以細水長流，才有一生一世。
